I would like my child to start learning the above instrument as soon as a place becomes available. I agree to pay the fees per term for specialist tuition.
I understand that a minimum of a full term’s notice in writing must be given to withdraw from lessons for the following term, to be received no later than the first full week of the start of that term or I will be liable for a whole term’s fees in lieu of notice.
If a place is available immediately a teacher will contact you straight away. If not you will be placed on the waiting list until their schedule permits.
Mrs Moore’s singing and piano pupils will have the fees added to their school account. All other teachers will invoice directly and you will be asked to sign a contract.
